Basically, he explains how the peltier/seebeck effects work, describes the internal workings of the TEG part of his kit, then does experiments in order to see how efficient and useful are those energy harvesting thingies. So all in all, it's not really about our engine at all, since our engine is kindof a very idealized version of this thing, but I guess there are some people here who will nerdgasm over this
