Because we don't have enough accents.
On the serious side though, a pirate accent seems like its begging to be added (Grog 'n stuff.) Maybe make it so that genetics cant really research it, and you have to drink grog to get it, or don't. Though grog should give you the mutation regardless.
Here are some ideas for pirate accent stuff
are, Argh, end of a sentence -----> Arr!
yes ------> Aye.
you, your, yo, y -------> 'Ye
end of a sentence --------> 'Ye Scurvy Dog!
etc.
If you have any other words or letters that should be added, feel free to suggest it.
Please don't try to suggest anything else though, this is a thread about a pirate accent, not some sort of pirate hat that gibs scurvy dogs or whatever.
