Industrial suits can be fabricated with just mauxite, pharosium and molitz.

That's it.

Teleport upgrades and forceshield upgrades for cyborgs are also subject to this bug.

Possibly related: industrial armor doesn't protect you from explosions and slows you down for some reason.
