Missing Emote

The emote "twitch_s" is missing, which is only an issue because some drugs (such as bath salts) seem to use it automatically, which results in awkward messages like the following appearing:

"Unusable emote 'twitch_s'. Say *help for a list."

I guess it was renamed to "twitch_v," so I just made both names work to trigger it.

I guess you are SO HIGH that you hallucinate a voice telling you that you cannot twitch.
