Erebite infused items don't seem to react (explode)

If shit gets run into the ground, it is because of balancing issues, and nothing more. Removing something completely isn't a resolution.

The issue with erebite is that it is an explosive that can be too easily and quickly acquired from gragg given the RNG.
The logical solution to this is for gragg to stop selling the damn erebrite and actually come up as a drop in mining (to which it is still broken).

Just tested it on an erebite arrowhead that looked very much like a triforce piece and they still explode.
