Hackable Borgs

So, going off the idea that Robotocists should have insulated gloves, I think it might be neat if borgs themselves were hackable, in the same sense that vending machines were.

Mostly it could be used for silly things like giving them accents, or making them make beep occasionally, or other trait like functions.
