Give new mining a labelling machine

Make it just that bit easier for miners to get paid, assuming that the QM system still pays a portion of the profits to individuals that swipe their card first.

Another argument might be that we get rid of the miner's selling stuff for their own profit mechanic now that the magnet exists. The arc smelter is open to the entire station, but is basically useless to most people without access to Fibrilith.

Both problems could be solved by having a machine outside the QM that would accept a card and materials, and would put money on the card out of the shipping budget based on prices that QM people set. QM could then either sell the ores on the market, make stuff with them in the smelter, send them to the various departments, or place them in another machine that would sell them to the station residents and place the profit back in the shipping budget.

That's a pretty good idea too. There ought to be more ways to make and use money, and something like that fits right in.
