Make it so that two people with the same name can't play

I've had three rounds in the last two days where someone else took the name Old Man Jenkins. It leads to unnecessary confusion. Please change it so if you attempt to join with someone already using the name you're attempting to use you spawn in with a random name or something

Perhaps one would automatically defer to a different character profile with a different name? If not, they get a random name.

I suppose it could possibly prompt them for a new name, the same way cyborgs and the AI are prompted?

I personally think that it should just use a different character save name. If there isn't any others, just randomize it.

Might be funny if it allows both players to keep their last name, and then replaces their first names with a randomly generated one. (or if one's already ingame, just randomize the new player's first name)
