           [The Audio cuts for a moment, before continuing] "Right, I read ahead in this file now and am re-recording this.
           I am not sure who signed off on all this stuff, but I hope they step on a Lego brick in the dark. For all I can tell,
           she is healthy, though her genome is fragile to say the least. There has been so much messing around with it,
           its a miracle our advanced cloners here at CentComm can manage to get her back. No wonder Station Cloners
           struggle. Long story short, we flagged her as a Puritan to prevent this mess. Doubt it will work, too many never
           even read the MedTrak anymore, but she seems to have a knack for getting out on the shuttle alive anyways."
           [For a few seconds there is the sound of papers shuffling, before the voice continues.] She is not the first Test-
           subject to go from non-sapient to sapient, but its rare we have so much paperwork on it. Genetics Labs messed
           around with her for a while, it seems. There is extensive records on medical procedures that, well, I would say
           should cost someone their medical license, but lets be honest, most people don't even have one to begin with.
           As far as I can tell, she is a monkey. And a human. Its like someone pushed the button on the GeneTech and
           then just unplugged the thing half-way through the process. Depending on how you feel on the day, you could
           class her as a tall monkey or a short, hairy human. Most of her features seem to still be that of a monkey and
           her large ears seem to have problems with the standard issue headsets that are issued, but none of this is
           preventing her from working for NT. I will try to get her in for a psychological evaluation myself. It says she
           is stable and of sound mind, but that means nothing in this mad house.

           "Audiolog of Dr von Schwefelberg, post Psychological Evaluation of Merla Gwenda Kingsley. I am somewhat sur-
           prised. Merla, as she prefers to be called, is more mentally stable than I expected. She is aware of who she is
           and who she was. There is gaps in her knowledge that she accredits to her mind simply not having been fully
           formed at that time, but I think a lot of that is a coping mechanism to deal with the trauma of it all. Even so,
           she has many other, usually healthy, outlets for any negative emotions that overcome her. I am not a huge fan
           of the fact that she smokes, but it seems to be mostly a stress response, and I would rather see her smoke a
           cigarette than dig those claw like fingers into someone. Overall, I am very surprised. Her attitude is generally
           chipper. She has a minor issue with her speech, but its nothing compared to some of the accents floating around
           space. She did mention some thing that made me curious. I mentioned in Log #1 that we rarely have so many
           records, I wonder if there is more documentation I was not given? I will speak with my Chief. See if there is more
           here that wasn't handed out to me.

           "Audiolog of Dr von Schwefelberg, regarding Merla Gwenda Kingsley. I can not recommend that she be hired.
           Full stop.I did ask about the research logs of the Geneticists that worked [A brief Pause] I struggle to say with
           her, as it was much more on her. Part of the documentation were video files. Surgeries, recorded tests, the
           usual. Putting aside that these morons already knew she was sapient and basically as human as they were,
           they were not trying to make a monkey be a bit bigger and a bit smarter. They were trying to make a Genefiend.
           Hells, they succeeded. I did notice in her records and when I met her that her fingers are almost claw-like. I wrote
           it off as just a quirk of the medley that is her genome. They messed with her eyes to let her see better in the dark,
           gave her claws, a expanded lung capacity, heightened pain tolerance. Putting her on station is like putting a muta-
           genic lifeform on station, just because it's give us a pinky-promise that it will not kill. We have recordings of her
           tearing the research staff limb from limb. They flagged her Security Entry of this as a monkey riot. She killed seven
           people and had to be subdued by a HoS and NTSC shooting her full of enough Stun and Tranquilizer rounds to kill
           an elephant, and even after a round of our strongest Mutadone cocktails, she is still so mutated the station cloner
           pod tries to make three of her and she bursts like an overripe melon. [A long pause ensues, followed by long sigh]
           Merla Kingsley is a wonderful person, I am sure. But the last thing we need on Station is something that could pose
           a danger if it has a psychological breakdown. Whats next? That we knowingly hire hostile life forms and mix them
           into the Crew too? I will never un-see that image of her staring into the camera in the end. Do not hire her. Get
           her into therapy. Somewhere safe for everyone, including herself."

           "Audiolog of Dr Silvanov, taking over for Dr von Schwefelberg. Evaluation proves no reasons to reject them from
           working for NanoTrasen at this time. During Dr von Schwefelberg's absence, I will greenlight Miss Kingsley for
           work here and aboard any NT Space Station."

           "Log of Officer Willowby, NanoTrasen Security Department. We received repeated reports about a Dr Kingsley.
           Apparently they made claims that a certain monkey was a familiy member. They repeatedly asked to see them,
           and also seemingly spoke to them in that weird chimpering monkey-talk. I dunno, seems like a bunch of non-
           sense. We looked into the connection and found nothing. And even when we asked her, she stated that they
           are fourth cousins, twice removed. I think I am more closely related to the HoS' coffee mug than she is to
           that war criminal. But she seems convinced. God knows why. She doesn't seem to want to harm him, so we
           let her talk to him sometimes in visitation, even if he doesn't seem to care to chat back most days."

• Merla enjoys wearing dresses and eschews shoes, as they do not fit her feet properly. She can wear them, but unless the job requires it, like Galoshes, she will avoid them.
  
  
• Creaca Fruit Milk is one of her favorites. She likes how it fizzes, even if every now and then it makes you very sleepy.
  
  
• Merla has a soft spot for Cyborgs and Silicons, and does her level best to be kind to them.
  
  
• The majority of her diet is vegan, though she does enjoy milk, and will occasionally eat eggs, and she calls herself more so vegetarian.
  
  
• It often slips her mind that people may need anaesthesia during surgeries. She does not mind administering it, she simply forgets.
  
  
• Her feet look more like hands than they do traditional human feet, with long finger-like toes.
  
  
• While she can walk without a tail, she always describes the lack of one as feeling lopsided.
  
  
• Staunch opponent of Atropine and Synaptizine in Cryogenics Tubes. The Cryoxadone already does that! Stop it!
  
  
• She is willing to spend - and has done so in the past - unreasonable sums of money to acquire and then eat: giant bananas.
  
  
• Stress or boredom often cause her to start smoking, though it never seems to really affect her much

• Merla is very distantly related to Monsieur Stirstir. So distantly, it is about as closely as one human is related to any other human. But don't tell her that. Cousin Stirstir deserves better.
  
  
• The majority of her life was spent as a monkey. All her memories of this time are fuzzy, like one remembers a dream after a few days.
  
  
• Shivering lizards bother her and she often tries to get a heater to make sure her area of work is a comfortable temperature for her coldblooded coworkers.

         I have not sat down to write down what I know about a character in some time now. So please have some mercy on my doubtlessly many mistakes.
         As english is not my native language, I am sure some of my sentences have mistakes in them, like capitalizing nouns, etc. I tried to filter it where
         applicable but I am certain for every one instance I found and fixed, there is three more I missed.

         I am just some weirdo who has a weird lil monkey gal, that walks around barefoot and asks people to do tail surgery for her.
