Chainsaws should damage and destroy wood structures

I noticed the other day that chainsaws do no damage to wooden walls and I feel they should cut through them, I kinda wish they had an effect similair to welding doors shut but for the chainsaw just slowly cutting through the wooden object before it turns into splinters.

The chainsaw thing would be fun and interesting. It's worth mentioning that axes do already do more damage against walls (of all kinds)
