Make Player-Controlled Evil Clones have an objective to kill the original
#1
I think it would be cool if Ghost Controlled Evil Clones had an objective to kill the original, since evil cloners are already so rare, and the chances of a ghost controlled clone is even smaller, I think it would be cool to make them like pseudo-antags, like they wouldn't be allowed to kill other people, just the their doppleganger. I think it could make for some funny interactions since theres no way of knowing whether the evil clone took over the body or is the one that popped out of the cloner, making a fun game if security tries to intervene where they have to find the fake. I also think it would make sense since all the other clones that come out of a evil cloner are hostile.

Anyways thats just my two cents, I would love to hear feedback if anyone agrees or disagrees!  space bear

a few issues is how evil cloners don't spit you out with anything, so sec can just tell "oh this one doesn't have an ID, it must be them", maybe have antag clones spawn with an ID to their name
also, i'd rather the mission be more "replace the original" than just kill them. kill them, dispose of the body, take everything they have, and try to go on with their life

I feel they should have multiple goals so you never know what kind of clone your going to get.

The obvious is replace your existing character but what if...

You are the original proove it to your friends and colleagues?

You have been given a second chance, live your best life outshine your shadow!

You see your reflection and reject its reality, substitute it with your own.

You see your reflection it disgusts you, your going to become your own thing carve a new life for yourself.

You always wanted a new best friend, you are that new best friend, imagine what two of you could do together.

All of these present interesting scenarios, not necessarily killing the original and honestly i'd prefer it if there were more options and bias towards not killing yourself

its kind of comically easy to get spawned in artsci and kill a single person. even easier if you roll the cloner that swaps bodies with the original. the message the current spawn gives is "you are the real [person cloned]" which incentivizes you to try and convince others that youre the real one, or do other creative things. one time i got spawned as a scientist, proceeded to robust and pin that scientist, steal all their clothes and gear, then convinced sec i was the real one while the original was attacking me while naked and begging sec to arrest me. thats more fun than just killing them, imo. also i dont trust classic players with being told theyre only allowed to kill a single person and they arent antags otherwise

this literally mean give free antag role for anyone who join it.
and hardly to tell security for figure out who the real one and 50% that sec get rid of wrong person.so objective kill the original should be change but in overall i like the idea

I like this idea a lot, it would help give ideas to people, there could be stuff like "You're ____ from the future protect your past self at all costs to perserve your existence!" or something like that, sorta like giving evil clones a ionized law-like list to select from, that would also solve the problem of the original instantly knowing you're evil and killing you
