Frankly, I don't know where to start. I know NanoTrasen's hiring policy is effectively anyone, but I have some concerns. As far as I've been able to infer, Miss Buckley was raised on a telemetry buoy in deep space, in an area called Delta Sector. My cursory research indicates this is a stretch of mostly unoccupied space with no natural resources in between frontier operations, and based on Miss Buckley's description, I question if it's a place fit for human habitation at all. Her description of her lifestyle before she moved to NanoTrasen territory alludes to numerous human rights violations, namely dereliction to fulfill basic needs. No gravity, squalid and cramped conditions, access to only basic sanitation, and pet kibble as a staple food source. She raised the subject of cannibalism, seeming quite animated, and I requested we change the subject.

Her peculiar gait and difficulty balancing seem to be temporary lingering effects from a lifetime spent without gravity; I'm assured by her specialist that with her prescribed medication she will improve over time, but in the interim perhaps she shouldn't be required to do any work requiring athletic finesse. Moving certainly doesn't cause her any pain. Her difficulty sitting still and proclivity to run around any space speaks to an enviable level of energy, and in context with her disposition, ADHD (see the dossier). I understand the physical discrepancies of her anatomy from baseline humans are intentional design to improve their adaptability to deep space, such as her unusual ears and very flexible spine and joints, though despite her protests to the contrary for the record I consider Miss Buckley to be worryingly underweight.

I am unable to find any official criterion on which to disqualify Cricket from employment. She is enthusiastic, clearly intelligent despite a lack of common knowledge, her work ethic seems strong, and yes the physical therapy has adapted her to be able to walk in gravity with relatively little difficulty. However, I feel I must raise a protest. In short, this girl is still a child. She lacks basic education and has been raised in isolation, she deserves the opportunity to re-integrate into society at a healthy pace, and quite frankly I don't feel that a frontier space station is the place for that to happen, especially not working in security.

For the purposes of this evaluation, I assent to the employment of Cricket Delta Buckley as a Security Assistant for NanoTrasen. As a doctor, I implore any member of central command to review the contained dossier and consider submitting an application on her behalf to an appropriate philanthropic org for a more comprehensive regime of education and therapy.
