Cyberorgan Remote & Display
#1
A new item made by Robotics fabricators. When used in hand, will show a small menu with every cyberorgan installed in the user's body, their health %, and any possible settings they may have.
You can also tap it against people, and you'll be able to remotely use and change settings on their organs. If the remote is emagged, you may also attempt to disable them. This may not work, temporarily disable, or permanently disable until multitooled. Some organs (like hearts) cannot be disabled, but will significantly slow down. (i.e. slowed heart would end up with a huge stamina penalty, as well as being more susceptible to stuns)
Emagging the cyberorgan remote also allows you to remotely EMAG (and de-emag) any cyberorgans.
Basically a fancier (and frankly, better than waking up your patient mid-surgery to ask them what metabolization rate they'd prefer) way to set and change your organs settings, alongside checking on them in case you don't have an upgraded health scanner on hand.

I like, maybe it should just be a general organ display to show all organs, cyber or otherwise.

I like the idea for everything except for allowing it to emag and de-emag the organs, because that breaks the gimmicks for at least 2 organs. The spleen and pancreas are commitments that require you to manage something like having too much blood or your own blood sugar in order to gain their benefits. Having the ability to easily get around these downsides by only having them turned on for a short time would make them purely beneficial with only the slight risk of forgetting about it and slowly being damaged by it or having your remote taken and dying in prison from not having insulin.

the de-emag could work on a cooldown, where an organ can't be de-emagged / emagged for about 10 minutes after switching via remote, but id rather keep it because finding out someone silently emagged your spleen and being hypotensive sounds fun
