This was just a thing relating to a ban incident really. We don't have time to go digging up everyone's notes so they can dickwave and all that crap. Sorry.

Some of us coders have been considering allowing players to view their own notes for a while now. However, generally anything that goes in your notes isn't something you should be proud of or willing to flaunt around, so this topic is still kinda dumb even if the core idea behind it is alright.
