Adding time for surgery

The surgery should take more time to work on it.But right now only hemoclamp and sewing are only few tool that use time to heal.just add abit of 0.5 time per procedure should be great.

I think Surgeries are fine as is, and what you are proposing sounds like adding action bars which I don't think would add much depth to surgery. At this point, if you wanted surgeries to be longer, I feel like entirely new features or aspects of surgery would have to be added for it to be a worthwhile change to the system.
