Let the scuttlebot hear all the radio channel frequencies that the pilot can hear.

Currently as a detective when you use your scuttlebot you can't hear the security channel, which makes it annoying to use as you never know what's being said or what you're missing over the radio while using it. It also doesn't make sense that someone using a controller to pilot a robot suddenly cant hear the headset that they're still wearing. I suggest making it so that whatever headset you have on, the scuttlebot also has access to when you're piloting it, as this makes more logical sense and is a nice quality of life change for the detective.

EDIT: Oh and while we're here please make the scuttlebot controller go into your hands when you activate the scuttlebot instead of dropping on the floor if your hand is empty, thanks!

I had no idea that using the scuttlebot made it so you couldn't hear sec radio-- This seems like a good idea
