Extend refresh timer for Salvager item bounty

In the salvager's vendor they sell things to there's a set of a couple randomised items that are static and one that is rotated but for far higher point value. I think the time it takes to refresh the rotated bounty should be lengthened cause currently I find it extremely hard to get more than one copy of the bounty and return in time to sell.
