Disable donut 3 asylum for flock

Not much to say, I was surprised to find out it wasn't disabled when places like ghost drone factories and science outposts are.

With blob I feel you have enough incentive to take the fight to the asylum if it's planted there, but flock spawns a large nuke rather quickly which blows up the asylum and calls the shuttle, not very eventful. Flock would still be able to spread there from pathology for example, but I believe if they spawn from patho the nuke should appear there? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Oh yea defintally! I love the assylum for RP but flock should NOT spawn in anex stations like the Owlery of Donut 3 or the Assylum.
It just gives them free space.
