Title, after arresting lings in space theres no way to get the porta back unless you have a jetpack

Yeah, the porta can be recalled to home turf (usually interro) with a secoff/secass/HoS/NTSC pda

The point of the PORT-A-BRIG is that it's portable and TELEPORTS!

Any "Port-a-(ITEM)" can teleport with the right tools.

There is always a Remote or program acording to the right job's PDA.

If anything.. being able to do this might break the code on the port-a-'s
So no.

No longer can teleport with someone in it

It cant teleport with someone in it anymore, therefore cant be retrieved from space with someone in it and no pod access

It needs to be locked for you to teleport it with someone inside.
