1: They can remotely control doors, lock them, shock them and more.
2: Have essentially 3 arms. (Left arm, chest, right arm) wich all can hold tools.
3: Can have upgrades that make them teleport across the map where they want to?

Yes borgs can get easily disabled/destroyed, but their strength doesn't lay in their combat capabilities, but on what they can do in utility.
A borg with the right upgrades can litterly annoy players to no end with almost no counter play except taking up all the teleport beacons and such.

But some changes can be nice for them, that I agree.

Because humans can mess around with doors remotely with remote signallers and a silicons access to it can be cut off with a single wire (Which is fair for both sides)
They don't have tools for EVERY job in a department (Which is fair, seeing as a borg can pretty much already do all of medical)
And humans can teleport across the map with the hand-tele

Hand tele can only teleport to a location on the teleporter device, also they will leave a portal, allowing anyone to follow them.
It's not like the teleport module of a borg that can go to any beacon at any time (but costs alot of power)

You can have a hand tele to go to your teleporter set up, and another one to go elsewhere and close the portal pretty quickly which won't allow people to follow you, for free

TLDR Borgs are absurdly strong, but get owned by stuns like most non-antags and that is less an issue with borgs and more an issue with the game balance in general. More cosmetics good, give borgs an easier way to play dress up.

Honestly, borgs balance wise seem like they are in a fine place if you take into account the rest of the game. Borgs can be
flashed for a free win, and yeah that feels terrible... but so can humans.
The only people who are normally able to easily escape stuns are antags. Traitors have stims, vamps can shake, ETC. humans technically can make stuff to help them with stuns, but in the end the entire game balance currently revolves around stuns and disarms. Granted, borgs have very little counterplay to stuns, but what they do have is the ability to both take damage and not care, and change the enviroment they are fighting in rapidly.

An engineering borg with a heavy shell can just walk past people hitting them if they arnt stunned and place a plasma cannister. A chemist or medical borg can run up and dump whatever awful mix of chems they made onto you. Brobocops can... shoot you with foam darts? sure it does stamina damage but its not that great. But they have counterplay. if you ONLY have a flash and are locked in with a heavy borg? you probably arnt getting away, since the flash will eventually run out.

Kill switching is not common on RP, in the time ive played i have seen it maybe twice? and atleast one was on a borg who wasnt following their laws. Its really not very common, most people would prefer to just fix laws, or if the law rack has been destroyed go and make a new one.

Borgs should have easier access to clothes. Let borgs decorate themselves, its completely cosmetic anyway. maybe make it a booth roboticists can build to let them Swap between clothes or wigs. Borgs already have so little choice, they deserve atleast a somewhat easier way to customize. and no i dont count the like 6 options they have in the pod other then eye and paint color.
