Complaint Brother cant log in from his laptop

I have a lifetime ban on my account for griefing among other things, and I decided to introduce my brother who goes by the username "ThatGuyWhoExists" seems to be also restricted by my ban? If this is an anti-ban evasion thing I am willing to provide proof we are different people. I am NOT requesting an unban of my account.
