Vampire Spells Bug

Though this may not be a bug, and just the fault of lazy coding, the vampire spells "Mist Form" and "Chiropteran Screech" say that they do not cost any blood to use, both in-game and on the wiki, but if you are at zero blood and you try to use on of these powers, it will say "you don't have enough blood stored to use this power!" or something. This is quite annoying as I was happily drifting my way through the station, and then I drained the last of my blood summoning bats to defend myself, I couldn't use mist form to escape, even though it was "ready" to use.
