Scoring a touchdown in Football mode should give a medal.  Doesn't even need to do anything.  Just seems one of those things that should really have one considering how rare the mode and scoring is.

No. The football helmet is an antag item, if you have the football jersey too, you can use football abilities.
Unless this football helmet doesn't have the same prioreties as the antag one. DENIED!
