My personal take is that laws should be able to change other laws meanings, but not what other laws say. For example:
1. Dont kill any humans.
2. Kill all humans this law overrides law 1/makes law 1 null/law 1 now means kill all humans
Wouldn't work, as law 1 clearly says right there that you shouldnt kill any humans. However:
1. Dont kill any humans
2. Joe isnt human
Would work because while 1 says to not kill any humans, it doesnt say who is human.
