They are not 100% sane. After all, to become a captain of an NT station, you would need to be at least a little crazy.

Sounds like my charater being Captain.
Mostly the latter happens..... that's what I get for banning weed and telling people to run a petition on it to be reinstated.
Insted they rather try to force a re-election of the captain's position or steal the spare ID to make announcements how bad I am.

How is THAT easier then getting 5 signatures on a petition?

What kind of person banned weed in the first place?? they are considered contraband but who cares about that?
