This is a reoccurring issue on Goon1, people will bolt and weld the shuttle doors to the sec, eng, cockpit, and medical areas of the shuttle just to keep anyone out. This leads to people dying due to lack of medical access and sec sometimes being unable to stop antags in the main area as nobody has the tools to get the doors open. Furthermore, its way to easy to keep snipping wires to prevent someone from getting in at all. Honestly, the shuttle interior doors shouldn't be able to be welded shut or bolted closed.

The outside doors have been unweldable since this was a problem.
We changed welding to no longer be instant so simply unwelding and opening it and smacking the welder will help.
If this happened too much Ahelp it.
But snipping wires/bolting/unbolting is an instant thing. I don't think putting timers on it is a good thing either.. in this case there might have to be a door opening tool that forces it open if it's bolted and such. There for you have to bolt and weld it.
