Instead of a syndicate laser gun, why not a tiny syndicate saw drone?

This is the new Syndicate saw drone mini.
"But how do you use these tiny things?" You might ask.
Simple you throw one of these suckers at people.
It maybe slow to get there but that is the whole point.
It will slowly make its way floating and cutting everything along its way till it hits a wall and falls over.
Is that it? you might say.
NOPE you can activated it in your hand to have it stay still, Forever floating and cutting, until something hits it out of the sky..
(Note that people can crawl under these)
But why would I use such a thing?
Simple lets say you have been found out as traitor.. You are on the run from security and duck into maintenance, Now what are maintenance tunnels like? Tight and claustrophobic, You might get the idea now. Throwing one of these will either make sec wait for the drone to pass or rush on head getting cut by the drone.
