URGENT! !!: add back uis and ues to genetics

Okay genetics used to have UIs and UEs and such i don't know what all that means but you could put them into an injector and give yourself another guy's name and appearance?? now you can't do that

The genetics system changed a while ago. I may be wrong, but I think the only way you can copy someone appearance onto another is by using stable mutagen now.
