i ask an admin to lift round delay and get banned for 30 minutes under the reason "i delay round when i have to do my work"
0/10 would not be in a server with him as mod again

You ahelped "undelay who asked for this?" when the round end is delayed.

Delays are for admins to investigate, talk to and punish players who have been reported or broken rules. This may take several minutes, we are well aware that players will be waiting on us.
Ahelps are not for you to demand admins do things. If you reported someone for griefing you would want me to look into it and handle it, think about that next time the round is delayed rather than being upset that you have to wait.
