Make fluid canisters mechcomp compatible.

Now this one's tentative cause I'm not sure if the fluid canisters being movable objects makes this impossible or not, but I think allowing for mechcomp to toggle between the off, in and out states of fluid canisters would make for a lot of funny contraptions.

I mean, you can alway control moveable objects over radio packets. That way we coukd implement lid control. On the other hand... it's a barrel, does it have electronics in it that close its lid?

Although once we got the arm component, we can give it a wrench and do the work for us smile

They recently added claw arms that are able to move all obj items including fluid cans.
