Make pilot and stowaway traits be able to stack

Stowaway as it is, you will be mostly stuck in maint before anyone notices you, pilot can get inside the station after some work

If we can us both at the same time , it would be great for RP, if we can't stack them maybe just add the trait Pilot stowaway, easy right?

it could be neat to start with the pilot trait and your not on the manifest and all that. maybe a better name would be outsider?

Pilot really should not be a trait at all IMO. It should be a job.
