Round lock for captain and no antag for captain

I think antag captains are fine. It adds a small level of distrust and it makes it slightly easier for new antag captains to be bold. Ive had tons of rounds where its been alot of fun taking down an antag captain.

And also, why does captain need a roundlock. They dont have any responsibilities, and are commonly referred to as the green staffie. This is further proved by the fact that only staff assistants and captains can dab. Since they have no responsibilities, its perfect for new players.

Captain is one of the better roles for new players, and locking content for the game behind timegates is just not good design unless it's absolutely unavoidable.

Don't have an opinion on antag captain.
