Ship verbs available when not in a ship

Doesn't seem to affect anything, but the debugging code instructed me to report this.

As a cyborg, if you utilise your teleporting module while instead a vessel, you will leave the vessel, but the verbs will remain (although they'll be unuseable).

On that note I noticed a couple times these past few days that occasionally when I entered various PODs my ship commands tab wouldn't pop up...also I was human at the time.

Sometimes the tab would appear sometimes not.

That's actually happened to me a few times as well. Usually, I can hop out and get back in to make it appear, but one round a couple days ago it absolutely would not appear at all. I ended up stranded in the debris field, unable to warp out or fire my ship's weapons, and was killed by a drone!

Well you can't teleport out of a pod anymore so this bug's fixed.
