Basically title. 

Currently the CheMaster3000 has this functionality by click dragging it to an adjacent tile. 

The Glass Recycler however, doesn't and I sometimes find the beaker sprites, when created, become obscured by the recycler.

It would be nice to be able to have it dispense to a floor or table tile nearby if that's possible.
