Make the Miniature Bible actually not have an in-hand sprite

From what i've seen, the miniature bible does have a somewhat obvious in hand sprite that shows your carrying a bible on you.

Yeah good idea. If its a minibible you should be able to palm the thing and no one can see that.

While we're at it, the mini bible should probably also be able to smite atheist farters.

I doubt it's ever been a problem with the amount of mini bibles that get bought, but getting accidental immunity to a traitor item isn't all that nice. ^^;
