Slappy’s Curse (YU DUMEE) - ventriloquist spell that immobilises and silences someone and lets you make it appear as though someone said or emoted something for a short period, optionally over the radio. Shouldn’t stop them from specific emotes. Any interruption should break the spell.

Could be fun to work with but way too easily abused to frame someone for a rulebreak and yell racial slurs over the radio.
