Give changelings the ability to toggle accents when mimicking voices

Title, it’s a bit annoying to try and fake a radio message with an accent.

Heck, maybe it should have an ability that works like the radio host's console (creating custom voices and assigning accents), but they can talk over any channel their headset can access.

i mean with a real radio the only reason people know whose talking is because of how they talk, pitch, vocabulary, and accent are how people know. Spacemans know eachother by voice clearly, so changing an accent would be like a wtf!?
