comic sans should be compatible with non-human bodytypes

I spawned with the odd hat as a trinket as a clown, put it on, became a dwarf, and no comic sans.  Didn't lose the mutation it just didn't function.

Actually on that not the obsidian crown speech should be as well. Maybe this should be a bug report but it's been around for so long I'm assuming it's intentional.
