New Nuclear Operative class: CQC Specialist

This class would probably be useless if they are not immune to stuns or stamina damage. All it would take is one grey suit smacking them in the face with a fire extinguisher once after the CQC syndie has used up their stamina attacking with the claws.

I forgot melee attacks cost stamina when I wrote this. Should make the energy gauntlets remove the stamina cost from punching.
