About the PR
This PR adds the Realistic Cardboard Device, an RCD that is only able to construct and deconstruct things made out of cardboard, and a system that allows for easy creation of material-locked RCDs. The Cardboard RCD is loaded using a recycling system, with cardboard boxes or other items made of cardboard, paper, or wood being able to be used to reload. Currently the Cardboard RCD is able to be constructed with 10 cardboard sheets. The numbers used are not solid, and are subject to change.
Why's this needed?
The RCD is cool, but is being used to vent places. A Cardboard RCD wouldn't be able to do that, and would be most effective for building projects.
