Cyborg upgrade slots used

Putting a charger into a upgrade slot and using it permanently eats that upgrade slot, making you unable to put anything else in there.

i cannot, since it 'eats' the charger and it's no longer in the menus for either my module panel or the charge station panel. the charger is gone, my modules read as 2/3 or 3/3 and it's not letting me install anything else.

clarification:
it reads as 2/3 upgrades in my panel and 3/3 upgrades in the docking station.

it only lists the other two upgrades i have, does not list the charger, and will not accept a third upgrade.
