WASD mode toggles when using alt+tab

The WASD mode toggle activates when you alt+tab into byond. Not sure if this counts as a bug, but it is rather annoying. Perhaps move it to F2 or something?

The hotkey is not TOO bad but could be better. Yeah, change it to Fsomething key.

You shouldn't even need to alt tab into or out of byond, it's not a fullscreen game.

I don't know how many times I've hit the tab key instead of Caps lock. I'd prefer it to be something else.
