The QGP you get is stabilized QGP, a chem that's not normally accessible. Stabilized QGP only does it's effect once it exits the beaker it is stored in.

I do not think that such a rare thing is a huge deal - especially cause it is rather fun.

But if somebody cares enough to code this - mind that this specific ice-cream should be the exception and extracting from ice cream cones in general should not be affected.
