[PR] Adds transformation of a corpse into a meatcube via doors.

About the PR
Doors with perpendicular directions crushing a dead mob of type living, while there is no other meatcube on the tile, transforms it into a meatcube.


Why's this needed?
Meatcubes are fun to play as for some people, and there should be a way to transform into them that can actually last for a round. This way is only as much of a weapon as normal safety removed doors, and there is plenty of ways to gib corpses, so this shouldn't be a problem.

So like. How easy would it be to crush a corpse with a door? Would it just automatically crush it when it closes or would you have to hack the door?
If you have to hack the door in order to crush the corpse then yeah that would be fine.

If the door does not have safety wire cut, it will wait a long long while before doing it once.
Multiply that by two, and it's not at all practical.

I like the idea, so long as it requires going out of your way to perform it

with the perpendicular door thing, it is impossible to do it with just one door, and that also means that stacking doors on each other for a trap doesn't trigger this unless they change orientation while laying out the frames.
