Gang was ridiculously short lived and I do miss it a bit.
Plus the wiki has said it's an active game mode for a while now so might as well fulfill the prophecy.

needs a way to get drugs + money counting towards your score first. see: that gang round where dr. kay made a shitton of money selling meth and then had a bunch of meth, weed, and crank left over but none of it counted towards the score.
