Add a nukeop tutorial/training arena to VR or the afterlife bar
#1
Nukeops is a tough mode to come into as a newbie, and with the recent population explosion most nukeop teams are now almost if not entirely newbies.  While (if you're willing to listen) more experienced nukeops can show you the ropes before heading out, that gives the crew more time to find weapons, stockpile meds, or make hellish chemical mixes and/or explosives whose deployment on monkeys will be rudely interrupted by your arrival.  Once you're on the station, actually teaching is not really an option - best you can hope is that they learn by watching and there's enough shit going on that they're probably not going to be able to pay much attention.

So my idea is this:  Add a tutorial to VR or the afterlife bar so new players can go there on non-nuke rounds and learn basic things like how to spend your token, how to fire and reload your gun, how to load the nuke in a pod, how to enter the pod, and how to lock the pod, and various other helpful things.

The training arena, on the other hand, would be more designed for multiple people.  It'd let you deploy and defend a (not actually explosive) nuclear bomb with the full nukeop complement of gear, while other people could spawn in as attackers to try to stop it.  That way, you can learn hands on about how dangerous a staff assistant on disarm is, why you should always lock the subs and never arm them unless you plan to spend all round in them, why sarin is incredibly deadly to the crew in the right hands and why yours aren't the right hands, why the infiltrator really needs to be renamed, and why you do not, under any circumstances, let the crew get the rocket launcher or the grenade launcher.  Make all the dumb and basically guaranteed to result in a crew victory mistakes in a setting where they won't piss anyone off!  Make your first nukeop round just a bit better!  Or on quiet rounds, get some newbie security to come in and play the attackers to teach them how to deal with nukeops.

Perhaps as a "Security Training Sim" that "happens" to also teach you how to be a Nuke Op

I've always thought it would be cool if NT had games in VR that are basically renamed jobs and antags. IE in-universe the thing that lets you be a nukie and shoot basic NPCs is some FPS game. Or there's a blob one that's an RTS game.
