It doesn't even go to the mining outpost anymore, and the diner is already public in every other respect. No reason the main way there would be restricted to people with mining and maintence access.

I uh, I think you got the wrong subforum, this seems to be more of a suggestion than an actual mapping post.
You should get a lot more responses if you put suggestions in the...suggestions subforum.
