They seem to inject barely any styptic and mainly spaceacillin
they genuinely do nothing beneficial now, it feels like a bug more than a nerf

I agree with that, there have been countless times where I've walked by a Medibot injured and the thing just rolls past me. Maybe it doesn't have the necessary supplies to heal me at the time? In any case, it hasn't done much for me either.

The problem here is Styptic powder only really works when it's applied to the skin, not when injected.
Which is why I propose we have a variant of the current medibot, one that drips things onto people instead of injects them. That would easily solve this.

Doctors are supposed to be able to put beakers of their own medicines into them. I don't know if that's changed since the medic/chemistry overhaul.
