Random names always come as First Last. There are a few variation that people use frequently when they pick a name, and these could have a chance of showing in random ones.
Middle name initial, like Reginald P. Farthing.
Doctor/Mr. prefix. with or without a first name.
Hypenated names, like Jean-Luc Picard (ew).
Doesn't have a big gameplay impact, but when syndies had a dna scrambler if a guy had a complex name, you could be sure he wasn't a syndie.
