Add a transmitter in traitor items

Transmitter will be a micro chip, like a detomatrix cartridge, but it goes not in the pda itself, you need to unscrew the pda first and insert it here. What it does is it makes any pda that is yours or not, or even blank pda have access to your traitor items, so that traitors who foreseen that they can lose their pda could hide that chip somewhere and get their item buying ability back. I think it would be a fair price like 1-2 doubloons.

Would this occupy the same spot as the current flashlight module? As-is, you can iirc screwdriver and crowbar a PDA to remove its flashlight and replace it with a different flashlight module or a scanner module.
